Subject: US Citizenship pending (long time)

I am a permanent resident since 1997. I applied for US citizenship in 1997 and went through the interview process. I passed the test. I have not heard from them since and have been awaiting word on taking the oath. I have moved several times and each time I moved, I have tried to contact them for word. Where can I call to get my update? How can I complete the process? I paid all the fees. I moved from NY and am currently living in NC (Charlotte).
