Just to confirm what I think I am reading in the FAQ: Space A travel on regular leave with dependents is not authorized for CONUS destinations only, i.e. an active duty member cannot use it to get from Tampa to Washington, D.C. Is that correct?  Thanks.

No John, that is not correct.  There currently is in effect a one year long test of authorized accompanied dependent Space-A travel within the CONUS that started on 1 Apr 03.

Details of the test are available at: http://spacea.info/forum/index.php?board=3;action=display;threadid=489

For future reference, you would do well to check the John D's Space-A Travel FAQ at: http://spacea.info/faq.html.  Unfortunately, the FAQ posted here is outdated.

You should also check out the spacea.info website, your portal to Space-A adventures.

Cheers
