I got a tat almost four years ago on my upper arm, and it has what I guess is ink bleed all around it. I was told it was because my skin is thin. Could this be true? It looks like a permanant bruise all around it.

I happen to be an artist and it sounds like the artist was moving too slow and the ink blew out.
