I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 p/u with the 5.9 liter engine.  Drove home from work, everything was fine. 1 hour later, had to be at an appointment, truck wouldn't start. Engine turns over, seems like it wants to run, just quits.  Hold the gas pedal to the floor and crank the engine, truck starts.  Runs until I take my foot off the pedal, truck quits running.  Any suggestions?  Have no way of obtaining the codes I hear about.
