I was told by someone that after my pure bred pit mated with a mutt it would be 7 YEARS before I could get a true pure bred puppy out of her because they hold sperm for that long.... that sounded a little off to me and I wanted to know if anyone knows if that's true?  I wanted to have pure bred puppies but we have alot of strays in our neighborhood and these things happen... If it's not true I'd like to breed her next year with another pure bred but if it is then I'm not going to worry about even trying...
