A psychiatrist recently told me I had experinced a dissoicative episode. He explained it a bit and suggested returning if it happened again. He also suggested that I shouldn't try certain things as it would make it worse. I'm curious to find out if this is happened before and if there is anyway I can try to control it or if there is something that will make it go away. Also, I would like to know how this would influence my job prospectives. I am currently working in the mental health field
