i'mnot sure, but u can just give it a try,,
go to the tools when u open the internet explorer
then go to "advanced"
then find the block that says "Use passive FTP ..." whatever but there's the word "firewall"
just click on that block and "OK" ^^"

How to turn off Windows Firewall...

Start > Run > Type: Gpedit.msc > Enter

Select....

Computer Configuration
-> Administrative Template
--> Network
---> Network COnnections
----> Windows Firewall
-----> Standard Profile

right click the first selection on the right pane

click properties

disable... click next... disable... click next so on and so forth.

Close out of everything and restart the computer.

Check your firewall settings...

Start > Run > Type: Wscui.cpl > Enter

Select Windows Firewall and see if your Firewall is turned off.
