I was wondering how can you tell if and what type of dog you have.  I got a puppy today, the person I got her from thinks she is german shephard/akita or maybe wolf.  I am not sure!  She looks more Husky to me.  Is there a way you can tell as far as their tail?  I had a husky before and her tail was straight I believe she was full blooded.  Do only females tails stay straight and males curl?  The puppy I have her tail is straight right now, does it matter with age also?
