I was a new immigrant from China and just became Canadian Citizen and got my Canadian Passport. According to Chinese Law, my Chinese passport is not valid any more since China doesn't allow dual-citizenship. My question(might be stupid) is: Is my L1 visa on my "old" Chinese passport still valid??? Do I have to apply L1 visa for my Canadian passport if I need to work in USA? Thanks in advance!
