If you want to be an actress don't just post on forums asking for someone to make your dreams come true. YOU are the ONLY one that will make your dreams come true and before you devote your life to acting, consider this - talent cannot work without determination (and vice versa) and if there is ANYTHING else, ANYTHING at all, you would rather do, DO THAT INSTEAD. Before you decide to be an actress, think - being an actress should feed who you are, fulfill your passion. It is not about being famous and being on the cover of People magazine or making lots of money. I say get off your computer and stop complaining to everyone on forums - IT WILL GET YOU NO WHERE. If you want to be an actress, join classes, be in performances, and make contacts. See if it is really right for you before deciding that you want to be an actress because of the money or fame.

Hi my name is Danielle, when i looked on this site i thought to myself that nothing that i could say would make people help me be an actress or sing. And i am probly right I could eashliy be wrong but i had to send somehtin cause i would never no.I been wanting to be on stage ever since i could remenber.I did like maby 4-5 commercials when i was younger. I been in a couple of plays. I know i dont have a lot of experince but I am willing and my motovation is there. I not trying to sound like a loser saying those big words like that but it is true. I have a lot of friends a good life every thing is fine but i still want to sing and act like u wont beleve. I am not gonna say that i dont want to be famouse cause i do. But I really like peforming for people to. That is preety much all i want to say. Thank for your time if u seem interested plese return me with some info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi my name is Brittney, I first got started to be very interested in acting in my school plays. Then I was in a play (The Wizard of Oz) at a community center in my city. And in this past Augest I was recently in a movie that will be in theaters in the summer.I didn't have a real speaking part but I was still the happiest girl EVER !!! I was so excited. I am now looking for more plays or if I have the chance again, a movie to be in and I'm also looking for a great acting high school that I can attend.I truly want to be a very successful actress. Look, I have read almost all of these sights and all I can say is, I agree with tears_ of_joy. They are absolutely right. You have to realize that writing to someone you don't even know and begging them to give you a chance is just crazy! I mean no offense, but why should they choose you anyway? They don't even know you. What makes you think that they are going to choose you? Half of you don't even know how to spell. I mean come on now, that doesn't look cool, it just looks stupid and no one is going to e-mail you after reading the junk you wrote. If you want to be an actress, get out of your chair and do something about it. No one is going to know that you can act unless you do something other than saying it in a stupid e-mail. So get up and make your OWN dreams come true!!

I only agree when they say that just posting things on here is not really gonna help, but it might. I don't agree on softballchica's insults about not knowing how to spell because that's just mean. dear, anyone that will listen for the past couple of years i have really wanted to be an actress not to be famous or to rich, beacause i enjoy acting! i go to a very small junior high with less than a hundred people in it so there isnt much hope hope for me to get in a acting class (the only acting class that i know of is in our senior year in high school)im 5 foot four inches the tallest girl in my 7th grade class, brown blonde hair, and can do pretty good impresions, and i have a ok voice.im a straight a student and have lots of friends if any one has any infromation on how i could get a agent and start my dream please contact me at debsfarm@bigcountry.coop thanks sinserly Jordan and best of luck to anyone esle who has the same dream

there is a lot of girls who want to be an actress. i am one of them. this Christmas i want be getting anything.my mom can't afford it. all i want for Christmas is a keyboard so i can sing my heart out. i have been in a few church plays and i keep asking my mom and telling her that i need to go to acting school. i know she wishes that she could make my dreams come true. i am 13, i have red hair w/ light brown eyes. i go to oak grove high school. i know how to become one but i just need to talk to someone who has performed in a movie. my mom is 28 and is a single mom w/ two kids. as i think about it since my mom is like that i won't ever become one. but i think positive about myself.when i was in 7th grade i did a lot of bad things that i regret. well here is my # 205-436-4382 my address- 9068 Manley vines camp rd Bessemer Alabama. 35023 send me a letter or call my i need my dream to come true.i cry every night because i need this money to help out my mom and sister. got to bounce.....

I'm 16 been through alot these past years. I move alot... I was in Theatre Arts in Taft High School in San Antonio, Texas. Learning something that would help me in my dream career. I just moved to Puerto Rico and there's not a source to choose from in schools or out of schools to become an actress I know becoming an actress requires alot of work and practice... I would love to become an actress to cause it has been my dream 4 ever. here is some advice for you guys and me too: go and be in chorus, be in plays, go to acting school, go to acting lessons, and some stuff like that. If you really want to become an actress. just try some of those things and maybe you will become one. Also move to NEW YORK or CALIFORNIA and try to get auditions and go to acting schools there or just try something like that. I would do that and that is what I'm probably going to do well i might do one of those things anyways lol. Hey every body! My name is Megan Benitez, I have light brown eyes and long dark brown hair.I weigh 90lbs and I am in the sixth grade.And I want to be an actress not for the money and not for the fame but, because acting is my passion. It has been since I was 3 yrs old. Believe me acting isn't about fame and happiness and chilling out. It's more than that. It's entertaining people making them happy it's about work and determination. Yes it does make me happy but for it to make me happy I have to be determined, and I have to work hard to be successful. So girls and boys no matter what the age if you really, truely deep down in your heart want to be an actress thens heres some things you can do~~~ try out for plays at your schools and in your town fill applications and try out for movies, plays etc. And no matter what don't get all caught up in the fame remember always what your there for and why your there. And yes acting is my dream. I mean I ABSOLUTELY love acting , it's the first thing I think about the minute I get up in the morning. because like i said i love acting and it is what I hope to do one day. Correction it is what I'm going to do one day and until that day comes I'm gonna wait and be patient because if you truly want to be an actress you will and you can wait. this isn't really a question or an answer its just somewhere I randomly found on google. I've wanted to be an actress since i was like eight, now that might not seem very long since I'm twelve now but I AM GONNA MAKE SOMETHING OF MYSELF. I am rubbish at maths hate English and rate science out of ten about ZERO (well about five if I'm honest),but I really love acting, and well I don't know what it is or whatever but when I'm on stage of even just watching other act people on t.v or something there's just something that makes me think I'm gonna make it, this is my life and yeah I AM. Or in the words of whoever wrote School of Rock (cool film), STICK IT TO THE MAN, lol, my idols are probably Angelina Jolie because she does so much charity work and is a great actress too and Keira Knightley because she put up with the bullies and the criticism and shes made something of herself. My best friend is probably my mirror, I'm not totally beautiful or gorgeous, but I like to see what other people see when I do anything. I just love acting I will do something with my life on this planet SO WATCH THIS SPACE!

Hey every1!!! Iv always been interested in the industry but neva get tha chance to act and make myself heard. I Liv in South Africa. And ders no good agents nor any plays going on. Our school only has plays for ppl afta the age of 16. Im 14. the only option i hav is to take drama classes at school. But that does nothing for me. I have no idea where to go from here. hi every one .just to say im addicted to acting. its one of my best talents. i can also sing and dance very very wellI love acting and moslty singing so much that when my dad hears me sing from the hallway he feels like going back towork cause he doesnt want to hear me sing 24/7. dancing has actually been my best best subject or watevs, I've been dancing ever since i was very little and i still dance . now to get better at this all i will go to an arts school of high school and train there for a couple of years and while doing that i will try and get auditions for myself so I can maybe get a part and while I keep doing that I'm famous.i just seriously cant and wont ever stop singing cause as they say "practice makes perfect".Love y'all bye

Oh My God guys shut up please! Everyone is putting messages like - i really wanna b famous, i wanna act, i want to be rich blablablablabla.... come on people get a grip! If you want to be famous then putting your name on a forum with "I WOULD LOVE TO BE AN ACTRESS" is NOT going to get you a film audition or... any audition at all! Film producers look for people with talent, who are deicated and have some sort of EXPERIANCE! They are NOT going to call you just because you asked for them to make "your dreams come true"... how pathetic does that sound! Havn't you people ever heard of the word subtle... and learn to spell! EVERYONE wants to get famous but the reality is that few people do! Stop begging for jobs you'll never get, stop posting pathetic messages online, get off your deriere and go do something about it. My name is Hebe (Pronounced 'Hee-bee') Bailey. Im 13 years old. Ive wanted to be an actress since I was 7 and played the character of the Angel Gabriel in my Primary School play. Ever since then Ive been hooked on Acting. Joining the club at my school and then when I came to secondary school I joined the Drama club there. After my first session, I was given the part of 'Hobby' in the play 'Teechers'. I play a 16 year old. Im only in my second year and the other two main characters (There are three: Myself and two others) are 14/15 and in their second to last years of school. My Drama teachers think Im very good and so does everyone else I know. Im a big dreamer, I dream I could be many things and do many things. But acting seems to top the list everytime. Heya! since i was 2 y-old i've always wanted to be an actress... i'd go to ballet class and then dance in front of a large group of people (it was really fun), i'd also play the p�ano in front of my whole school. About a month ago, i sang on stage in a bar, everybody liked me... but i don't know what happened and now i'm here at home writing songs and playing my guitar. I'd also get the main charecteres in almost every play i auditioned. I WANNA MAKE SURE THAT I DON'T DO THIS FOR THE MONEY OR THOSE STUFF... I have always wanted to do something artistic and creative with my life. I decided that I wanted to try musical theatre,therefore I tryout for ma main part in my schools western comedy production and I got is. we preformed in a HUGE theatre. I live in switzerland and dont speak german , so I strugle with getting into plays and there are not many movie or theatre auditions here but I try. hi guys u probly wont come on here anymore but its worth a try,, me and one of my best friends love acting and we want to become actresses but everywhere we look were always too young or to old. we are almost 13... we have had ALOT of trouble with our friends because we found out they werent true friends. so we are trying to become actresses so they will notice us finnaly. but thats not the only reason, its also because thats what we love to do and 1 more.. god wants us to do it. but anyway you probly think this is some cheesy note but its not these are my true feelings and if you really care about other people and what they want you would help them reach there goal. just like i do. try out for school plays and community plays. even try out for major plays. applying to acting classes may give you a chance to be in a production where talent scouts will be present. even modeling agencies have scouts looking for things other than good looks.

If you want to be an actress you cant just wait for someone to see you. Sometimes you have to make them notice you. Do something send them a photo a resume and if you dont have experience you might want to do a play or something because agents need people who have experience. good luck to you and God Bless. never give up. make your dreams come true

Hey. Everyone wants to act these days, some for money. I did some background work for 3 months. it was really fun, even though i never saw myself on t.v. lol. i really like being/doing things I'm not (acting). I don't really care of the fame or money. i just love doing it. I don't really have the money. There is a lot of competition these days. i just need some more experience, and money, with some luck. I hope my dream comes true of becoming an actress. My parent suppert me. Your parents have to fully suppport you, but they have jobs. That's another reason too.

I know it is hard becoming an actress but u just have to work hard. I have tryed out for plays and made them. My dream used to be to become president but after watching some t.v. shows i see how fun it is. I know it may not get any attention by putting your name on here but it is worth a try.
