I was in US on J1 visa for two year and returned back to my country. In these two years in US i did not pay any taxes.. Now I have completed my two years home residency requirement also. Can I again apply for J1 visa for another two more years? Do I have to pay taxes this time if I get a J1 visa?
thanks
