My husband and I are currently trying to ascertain the legal age limit for a pillion passenger in the states of VIC, NSW and QLD. ie 10 year old to young or is there no age limit and if anyone can point us in the right direction where to find where it is written in in the States law/traffic Act, so that we don't get caught out. Thanks and I hope someone can help us.
