I just moved in to my cousins house and he has a giant dish...

I just moved in to my cousins house and he has a giant dish in his backyard. All the wires are there and the dish works as far as we know. There are two descramblers inside the house but they aren't connected. I would like to know how to hook them up to find out if the dish works or not. The boxes are videocipher RS & Videocipher II Plus. I have no idea how they are supposed to hook up.
