i work in the sun all the time and i have itchy scaley skin that has little red bumps on them  and ever now and then they itch  and  i scratch them till they bleed what would this be a sign of please let me know....thank you.

Sounds like ezcema.  Hydrocortizone will temporarily help.  Changing your diet (no sugar, it's evil) may permanently help.  It's helped my son.
