My boyfrind is moving to the US to open a company, which everything is already approved for, including is working VISA, would I be able to go and live with him? The only issue is that I have a DUI, I was wondering if that would stop me, if not how long can I stay with him, and can I receive a temporary working VISA so that I could work for the year that his there?
