my 1997 dodge stratus es will not start after it's been raining or on a very dewey morning until it warms up. My question is what does "No bus" mean when I try to start it this comes up in the odometer.. Can anyone explain I've been searcing online for HOURS! I've been telling my dad the distributor cap is getting wet but he won't listen, could I be right?
