I would like to know why I can't receive email from a person that is sending me something and their email address ends with yahoo.com and my email address is aol.com
I can't not open or see their email information

I CANT RECEIVE E-MAIL BECAUSE I DONT KNOWN MY E-MAIL ADDRESS

I would like to know if I change anything on my PC so I DONT GET MAIL. cAN YOU TELL ME IF I HAVE OR NOT? I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT BACK LIKE IT WAS. I DONT KNOW WHAT I DONT TO BUT I DONT GET MY E-MAIL. SO IF YOU CAN HELP I WOULD APPRECIATE, IT SO VERY MUCH. THANK YOU GR.
