If a immigrant uses a 90 day visa, to come to the usa, do they have to go back, or can they get another visa,and if they go back, how long do they have to stay in their country before they can come back to the usa?

I want to get visa to USA for a visit. So can you assist me in getting the visa for my trip is purely genuine.
