I have a 97 doge stratus with a 2.5 dohc and 24v. Recently after driving for about an hour the oil pressure light comes on when I am stopped. If I put it in neutral and give it some gas it goes away. I have had the sensor replaced. and doge put chemicals in the engine. Now the same thing happens and now the engine makes a rattling noise and a tapping noise and a clicking noise every 8 seconds and the transmission makes a ratcheting sound when shifting into gears.
is there any solutions or possible solutions besides dropping it off at the nearest dodge plant and protesting?
