I've compared all the English versions and Hebrew to English versions of the Bible and have a question:  Genesis 1:26, God said let "US" make man in "OUR" image.  Who was God referring to when He said "US," "WE," "OURSELVES," "OUR," etc.?  Why not "I" or "ME" when speaking of man?  I'm aware of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - the Trinity, but to use them in Genesis would indicate that they are three distinct individuals and not the "One, true, God."  Please help me understand.
Thanks
