My windshield wipers are not working on 1990 dodge dynasty.....

My windshield wipers are not working on 1990 dodge dynasty.....I think the motor is dead cause when I try to turn them on I hear a click but nothing happens. I checked all the fuses (not sure which fuse it is don't have manual) Any other ideas what would be wrong other then the motor??? If it's the motor how hard is it to change.....lil help here please
