who or what the hell is Rudy? does it have something to do with rude boys or something? the word is EVERY where in ska songs.

Yes a Rudy would be a term for rude boys or girls, its just a shortened term

yes!rude is everything that someone wanna be....though it is not a fashion!remember!it is a way of life!

so the original ska founders were part of a movement for black rights etc and they called themselves rude boys and there was a famous ska song called "A Message to you Rudy" and I think it just went on from there.  Don't quote me on any of this tho cuz I dont really know.  check my facts.

Why do rude boys wear pants that are a few inches too short?Is there a particular reason or meaning for this?Info would be appreciated thanks.
