My JRT, Sugar, is a Great dog but, whenever we are taking a walk and we pass another dog, she goes crazy. She will start barking, growling and lunging at the dog. How can I prevent her from doing this?

I'm not really sure about this one. Has she ever acted this way towards other dogs before? How long has this been going on?

Put her on a choke collar, when you walk by another dog and she starts acting up give her a sharp jerk and say "NO" and make her sit quietly while the other dog passes.
