What is the distance between Paris Nord and Paris St Lazare train stations and how much should a taxi fare cost?

That E:mail is a few months old, did you go? Paris is very central, all based around that famous arch, Champ Elisiee or Champ de Triomphe can also take the street car. Or walk, the metro can get confusing.
