I'm UK citizen married to US citizen and living in New York....

I'm UK citizen married to US citizen and living in New York.  I came in on tourist visa and stayed.  I got married less than a year later.  We now have a baby born in New York.  Can I still get citizenship.  My intent would be to go home anyway to UK, but I would like to travel with my husband and baby back to USA to visit his family.
