I have a 14 month old male ,hes gorgeous 27 inches at the shoulder and 120 Lbs.My problem is he gets too excited when people ,strangers even, come to visit and it gets hard to control his over friendly attitude!HE could knock down someone and i need to stop this habit ,also id liek to ask when will he start guarding his territory? he never barks or alerts us when a stranger rings the bell! All this while he was very allright with dogs but after a scrap he had wihta golden retriever he goes for all labs and most other make dogs.I HAVE socialized him positively but could not avoid the attacks the poor guy had from 3 different dogs a doberman,GSD ,and Golden retriever the last one being a fight he fought back and fought with twice .Now every time he sees that dog he gets wild and wants to finish him offits hard to control him...what should i do ?
