1. When an employer recruits a NRA to become an employee and pays the attorney fees and application fees related to getting a visa on behalf of the NRA, is that taxable income to the NRA?  If the employer pays fees related to the spouse and/or dependents, is that taxable to the NRA?
2.  If an employer pays the attorney fees and application fees for an NRA employee to obtain green card status, is that taxable to the employee?  Taxable if paid by employer for spouse and or dependents?
