In computer environment what is the difference between 'EOF' AND 'eof'.

Actually, there should be none. Both abbreviations stand for 'End Of File'.

There may be a difference depending on the context this question came up in, for example if you are using software that is case sensitive but is controlled by the keyword "EOF". However, the difference will be only in the case then.
