When I access the internet using DSL, after a short time, a message pops up telling me my computer will restart in 60 seconds and starts to countdown.  After it reboots, my monitor will go black.  It is on, but black.  I have to turn the monitor off, shutdown the computer and start it up again and then turn on the monitor.  If I go back online, it happens again.
