I HAVE A 9 MONTH OLD FEMALE SPAYED CHIHUAHUA WHY IS SHE EXTREMELY HYPER AND DOES NOT BARK IS THERE SOME THING WRONG?.I ALSO HAVE A 3YR OLD MALE TOY POODLE THEY RUN AROUND THE HOUSE BITTING ONE ANOTHER AND HE TRIES TO HUMP ON HER, HE IS ALSO FIXED.THEY DRIVE ME NUTS. PLEASE HELP!
