scrambled eggs for breakfast with full fat milk or porridge /weetabix in warm milk. You really should continue to feed the pup what the breeder was giving him and his siblings, changing the diet too much could give him a bad tummy. He needs 4 meals a day, 2 like the ones just discussed for breakfast and last thing at night and two of either fresh cooked chicken/tuna or a good puppy food, again the breeder should tell you what was being given. Ours was being given pedigree chum puppy food with a little puppy mixer and other days the meat. Alternate the meat and puppy food to vary the diet. But please get a good Staffie book, without being horrible it doesnt sound like you have done any research. We were first time dog owners and we prepared ourselves really well it is very important with a Staff to get it right from the beginning

you should be feeding your puppy puppy food. as for the teeth i would take the puppy into your vets office and let them check it out, you dont want any infections.
