I have heard dogs need to work out there own differences and figure out who is the dominant dog, but where do you draw the line? My dogs have never completely figured it out, and now they both have scars, and the battles are getting longer and worse. It looks like my male is winning, but my female is NASTY and will not give in.HELP, what do i do?

how old? was one there first?do you break it up?are you afraid of your dogs your physically pinning them down would help to settle things but very few people can do this without injury to themself or the animal ,get rid of one.

first off, the female will not always give in. the ycan be head strong, so dont assume that the male will be dominant, they are onused. they have no dominance. YOU are the dominant. they dont have dominance over each other. it is time to stop the fights. seperate them and say "NO" dont let them fight, show them they cannot be dominant with each other because you ar ethe alpha. i am a vet tech and this wil lwork, i am serious.
