IS IT NORMAL FOR THE AREA BENEATH MY NAVEL PIERCING,UNDERNEATH THE SKIN TO FEEL HARD, LIKE SCAR TISSUE HAS FORMED AROUND THE PIERCING?

this isnt an answer but im 11 and i want my belly done sooooo flipin bad.my mom said if my attitude [dont think i spelled that right].....ne way if my attitude is ok i can get it done when im 12.i wanted to no if it hurts.im ok with ear piercings i have 2 piercings in my lower part of my ear and 1 piercing in my cartilage.im a wicked wimp on pain sometimes.im afraid to faint or something.im afraid to flinch and make the piercer person mess up or something plz plz plz pleeeeeez hlp me.
