I have a arcbound stinger in play.  So now i play a magnetic flux.  Can my stinger fly above flyers since he nows has flying twice.  Will he be able to block with a flyer at 30ft in the air, and seeing how mine can fly 60ft?

Actually, that would be useless. The Flying ability from Magnetic Flux, or any other card that gives flying (Flight, Launch, etc.) overwrites the flying from the Arcbound stinger.

Negatory.

Assume your creature has first strike, and you give it first strike again; It DOES NOT gain double strike. It only has first strike.

No. Flying does not stack.
