I've read in the Internet that the World record has been measured next to the coast of the Red Sea in Eritrea and is about 94 degrees F or 34 degrees C.

The highest dew point ever recorded was in Saudi Arabia, near the Persian Gulf, at 95 degrees F.  You'll probably find the highest dew points in the United States are around the Gulf Coast, from Florida to Texas.  And, the highest dew points in the world tend to be near shallow, subtropical seas or gulfs.

The dew point has been measured on the shore of Ethiopia, the area is now part of Eritrea, at 94 deg. F. The highest known dew point temperature in the world. The relative humidity with a temp of 115 and a dew point of 94 is a mere 54%.

The world's highest dew point was recorded at a stifling 95 degrees in Saudi Arabia. Though humidity is not commonly associated with the desert, in particular Saudi Arabia, it was indeed very humid in that locale because it was on the coast of the Persian Gulf and there was an onshore flow. Thus creating torrid dew points and a horrible heat index when combined with the actual temperature of 108F. That day the heat index soared to a World Record Shattering 174F.
