i have a 92 grand caravan,and when ever i put it in drive,it will move until it gets to about 20 miles an hour.then it seems to be out of gear.when i turn the vehicle off,and then back on,it runs until it reaches 20.what do i need to fix.

try to retrain your tansmission....purchase a chilton repair manual and it will show you the procedures on retraining your transmission.
