Someone who really knows what they are talking about, is there any difference between like Chevron gasoline and Arco gasoline? Does it come from the same place? And if not, what is different?  Thanks a lot

The difference(s) between "like" Chevron and Arco gasolines is very much like the difference between apples & oranges ; they're both food, both round, about the same weight, cost about the same, "do" the same thing! Chevron / Arco / etc. will beg to differ ... but we live in times of "deep bull dirt" ! Relax! Who knows where either comes from! Take your pick...they both co$t too much!

Gasoline after being refined is the same gasoline that goes to either a chevron terminal or shell terminal. After the gasoline is sent to a terminal for say chevron, the maker may add techron and detergents from their own line to its gasoline to better market it. Those cheap gasolines are gasolines that are mixed in the pipeline after being batch transported.
