How do I run an extra power cable through the file wall of my 1996 dodge caravan?

I really do not want to drill a hole in the file wall for obvious reasons

Try to 'fish' your line through the rubber seal near where the steering column goes/come out in engine compartment. (Electrical) Tape the end your new power line to a straightened out steel coat hanger. Poke the coat hanger through the rubber seal and feed it through from the under hood(outside) side to INSIDE. hope this works.
