My dog Cookie just had puppies...It took her 9 weeks to the day to have her pups...you can do a dog pregnancy calendar if you know the exact day your dog was bred.

A doxie will carry for about 9 weeks when giving birth it all depends on the mother and her puppies keep an watchful eye when she does go into labor many can get to tired to push.
