Can I call two modules (A,B) "integrated" and hence needs Integration testing, if A writes information in database and B reads it later sometime during its own execution? For B it does not matter who has written the information

Yes it definitely is integration testing

yes u have to do the integration testing as the  data (written) is the data which B will see later time dosen't matter the data should be verifed for the quality of the application
