I have a 1996 Chrysler LHS. My turn signals and the emergency lights don't work. I think it is the flasher. How do I replace the flashers and where are they located?

i have the same problem with my 95 lhs but it makes a very annoying noise until i disconnect a black box which i assume is the flasher check under ur fusebox for a black box connected to a white box the black box might be it

I had the same trouble. It's a 20 amp fuse under the hood
