Believe it or not the front door is easiest way in.  CIA/NSA,HSA are always on the lookout for high achieving college grads, specifically with strengths information tech, foreign languages, math and analytical skills.  Most intelligence agencies recruit right on campuses and also offer internships.  Be mindful you must squeaky lean i.e. drugs use, criminal/driving records, school/cool files and be prepared for an polygraph.  You can get more info on their website.
