That would depend on the country or state in which you reside.  It can range from any age to 16 or 18 with consent but will always be at the artists discretion.  So if he or she isn't comfortable working on you, it won't get done.  And remember consent in a written form will be no good, your parent/legal guardian will need to be present and have legal proof of parent/guardianship responsibilities.

my bro got a tattoo when he was 15 with  my mom . so i guess you can go get it done when your 15 .

i think u should be able to have it done at the age of 12

any professional in the field will insist that you be 18 and older, it is the standard- if someone is willing to tattoo a minor you have to question what else is not up to standard about them.

i think if a child would like a tattoo it would not matter how old inless it was a big one

i think little tattoos like a flower star or a fish would not be so bad

most teens will give them selfs or have a friend do it for them if there parents wont let them
