I have a 4 month old female bull mastiff, she has loud raspy congested sounding breathing, the vet not quite sure what to think what could it be?

I HAD A DOG LIKE THIS BEFORE AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS LETTING THE DOG GET OVER HEATED. I'M NOT SURE THOUGH BUT GOOD LUCK

I have a 2 year old male and have the room for another. If you have problems relocating, I would like the opportunity to perhaps have a two bull mastiff family

She probably just has allergies...my bull mastiff went through a spell with this.
