Is it true that if my AKC registered German Shepherd mates with a mutt, she can no longer be bred to another AKC German Shepherd? Is she "ruined"?

No, the dog is not ruined, just that litter of pups.

Absolutely not.  The resulting pups cannot be registered though.

Of course not!!! Only the first 2 or 3 litters of pups will be muts

no it is NOT true. just means the pups she has with that breeding are not purebreds. and obviously cant be registered with AKC.
