Buddy Testing is a process where a tester is paired with developer for testing special scenarios.

In simple it is "pairing up developers with testers" for testing

If number of users are using a single resource, the system respone will be slow. that is strees testing. by using stress testing, we have to find out the breaking point of the system

Every developer is associated with a â�buddy�dyâ�� tester who does this sanity check (typically of the user interface, which is not covered completely through unit test cases).

The programmers are more efficient and get things right the first time using buddy testing.

This relates to situations where data is exchanged electronically between a number of parties.  When a new party wishes to be involved they need to demonstrate that their systems are able to communicate correctly,  which can involve a number of different tests.  For "Buddy testing" they will exchange test data flows with a small number of existing participants.
