We got our springer when he was a few months old, and brought him home to a great pyrenese and a cat, he peed when he saw the dog and was a little wary of the cat 9 years later and sadly our pyre passed on he got along lovely with both the dog and cat. He also is great with children. (we do foster care and he excepts all) He has been one of the sweetest pets we have had. We have a simease cat and he allows her to be the boss, and gets along great with our new cat whom adores him.

They are all different. My female springer was excellent with cats & treated them like her babies. My male springer chases them as if they were squirrels he doesn't give them a second'speace but he's not agressive with them.
