WHEN YOUR DETAINED IN COURT AND SEARCHED YOU REQUEST FOR ATTORNEY IS DENIED. HANDCUFFS ARE PLACED ON YOU WAITING FOR REQUESTING OFFICERS TO TRANSPORT YOU AND GIVEN NO REASON WHY. TRANSPORT FROM ANOTHER CITY DETAIN YOU REFUSE YOU ACCESS TO AN ATTORNEY BRING YOU BACK TO PLACE OF RESIDENCE WITH NO REASONS WHY. FEDS AND SHERIFF CONTUINE TO DENY ATTORNEY AS THEY INTERROGATE YOU AT HOME ADDRESS I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN READ MIRANDA RIGHTS TAKEN TO JAIL HOUSED WITH MAIL INMATES FOR 1HOUR OR SO PUT IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR 2 THEN AGAIN INTERROGATED BY FEDS AND SHERIFF I WAS READ MY MIRANDA RIGHTS I ASKED FOR MY ATTORNEY AND WAS DENIED. WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE SINCE THE SEARCH WARRANT WHILE IN CUSTODY THEY SERVED 3 MORE EVERYTHING I OWN DOWN TO NY CLOTHES HAVE BEEN TAKEN INTO EVIDENCE.
