SYBASE UPGRADE from ASE 11.0.3 to ASE 12.5

I have been trying to upgrade ASE 11.0.3 to ASE 12.5 by recreating the
database in ASE 12.5 and moving data using bcp utility, but I have problems with
float data-type. When I bcp in into ASE12.5 the amounts are being rounded off
in a non standard form. (eg. 1,173,384,166.10 to 1,173,384,192.00 ).

What could be the problem here and how do I resolved this? Please help.

Note:
-ASE 11.0.3 is on NCR UNIX RAS SV4R5, Intel NRC-4400.
-ASE 12.5 is on Solaris 8, SUN Sparc.

I think you could try migrating data in power builder with data pipelines.... this application tries to determine the data types automatically on both sides, you had demonstrated that bcp utility is no longer valid on that requirement, the you have to try with others tools like power builder, Microsoft dts and all you can have around
