Check your throttle body and fuel injectors. Just a warning - replacing the throttle body is a very expensive repair - $700 or $800

It could be a PCV valve problem or be as simple as cleaning the throttle module that is located to the right of the intake manifold

Had the same issue on my 2000 S70 T5, it was the throttle body, they cleaned it, downloaded new software and it was covered by a RECALL.
